Key Responsibilities:
- Create, build and maintain customer loyalty
- Create and develop a positive, vibrant working environment whilst coaching your teams
- Offer and lead exceptional Customer Experience and service standards
- Leading, developing and motivating your team to ensure high performance
- Manage Visual Merchandising and in-store promotions to ensure execution and excellence
- Manage and monitor store costs in line with the business operations
- Proactive approach to support and offer guidance to other state-based stores
Skills :
- Strong prior Retail Management and change management experience
- Self-motivated and passionate about developing an excellent customer service model
- Strong interpersonal skills, with proven success in leading and developing a team
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the business
- Previous experience managing in a fast-paced, multi store Retail environment
